Without working hard, the young man became the owner of a business worth 27 crores, he started sweating after getting the notice, know the matter

When a young man working at a medical store in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh received a notice of tax liability of crores, he was shocked. The young man who runs his family by earning a meager income is now under the scanner of investigation agencies.

Actually, Ram Babu, a resident of Nausera village, who works as a salesman in a private medical store, told that a notice from the CGST department reached his house on July 14. The notice mentioned the recovery of Rs 4.82 crore.

After seeing this, he was shocked. When he inquired, he found out that a firm named “M/s Pal Enterprises” is registered in his name. It is alleged that this firm has done online business of more than Rs 27 crore.

The girl took the documents, but did not get the job

Rambabu says that about a year ago he was looking for a job online. During this time, a girl contacted him and promised to get him a job. The girl took a copy of the Aadhaar and PAN card. After this, the girl’s number was switched off.

Since then, neither did he get a job nor did he get any information about what happened to his documents. When he did not get a job, Rambabu started working at a medical store out of compulsion. Now he is claiming to be a victim of fraud.

Notice came for not filing return

When the CGST department did not receive the tax return from the firm on time, an investigation was started and a notice was sent to Rambabu’s address. Investigation revealed that the mobile number registered in the firm’s registration has been switched off and it does not belong to Rambabu.

Rambabu says that he did not know that his documents would be used in this way. Now he is demanding appropriate action, calling himself innocent. In this case, Rambabu has not yet complained to the police against that girl.

This is not the first case, a similar case had come to light in Shahjahanpur before this. There too, a business of crores was found registered in the name of an ordinary person. Now a similar case has come to light from Badaun which is in discussion.

Police has not received any complaint yet

Badaun SSP Dr. Brijesh Kumar Singh clarified that no formal complaint has been made by the victim so far. He said that if a complaint is received, the matter will be investigated in the cyber police station and appropriate action will be taken.
