There is important news for the customers of Bank of India (BOI). The bank has warned that from the night of January 21 to the morning of January 24, the customers will not be able to use the NEFT and RTGS platforms to transfer funds. However, the bank has also made it clear that many banking services will continue to be available. The bank has expressed regret to the customers for this.

Upgrading the Core Banking System

According to the news, the bank will work to upgrade its core banking system to provide better banking service to its customers. Therefore, due to the migration process, some banking facilities will not be available to the customers. Basic banking facilities will continue during this period. Apart from this, services like SWIFT and NACH from branches and channels will also not be available. Normal banking services will continue to be available from January 24.
