To streamline and expedite the Annual Filing process in V3, a new Offline Utility has been launched.
After logging into the MCA portal, select the applicable annual filing form and enter the basic information in the web-based User Interface.
Complete the remaining details directly in the downloaded Excel files.
⬆ Upload each filled Excel file one by one in the web-based User Interface.
✨ This new feature ensures a smoother, faster, and more collaborative filing experience for all the stakeholders.
