Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme (CCFS-2026) deadline from 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026.
The extension has been granted due to ongoing data centre restoration following the fire incident on 5 June 2026.
If your company has pending MCA filings covered under CCFS-2026, this is an opportunity to complete them before 31 August 2026.
