LLP Form 11 (ROC LLP Filing)
LLPs must file Form 11, regardless of whether or not they have conducted any business activities.
The due date for Form 11 is within 60 days of the end of the financial year, which is the 30th of May each year. For the financial year 2023-24, the due date is 30th May 2024.
