Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced a relaxation in the payment of additional fees for companies filing Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, through General Circular No.02/2029 dated 19 June, 2026. Ordinarily due by June 30, 2026, the filing deadline has been extended without levy of additional fees until July 31, 2026.
