The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) advises all eligible companies to file e-form CSR-2 for the FY 2022-23 by March 31, 2024 to avoid penalties. Additionally, companies must meet the CSR expenditure requirements as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and related rules by the end of the FY to avoid penal action.

1. All eligible companies are requested to file e-form CSR-2 for the financial year 2022-23 on or before due date i.e. March 31, 2024 to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Please ignore, if already filed.

2. All eligible companies are requested to incur prescribed CSR expenditure pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014 on or before closing of the current financial year i.e. March 31, 2024 to avoid penal action by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Please ignore, if already complied.
