Important Announcement: Launch of New Company Forms

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the third set of Company Forms. This release encompasses nine forms: MSME, BEN-2, MGT-6, IEPF-1, IEPF-1A, IEPF-2, IEPF-4, IEPF-5, and the IEPF-5 e-verification report. The official launch is scheduled for July 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM.

To ensure a smooth implementation of these forms on the V3 MCA21 portal, stakeholders are urged to take note of the following key points:

  1. Disabling of Company e-Filings on V2 Portal: Company e-filings on the V2 portal will be disabled from July 4, 2024, at 12:00 AM. It is essential to complete all necessary filings before this deadline.
  2. Pending SRNs: Stakeholders are strongly advised to clear any SRNs pending payment, pending investor details upload, or in resubmission status. This is crucial for a seamless transition to the new forms.
  3. Offline Payments: The option for offline payments for the nine aforementioned forms via the Pay Later function in V2 will be discontinued from July 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM. Stakeholders are requested to make payments for these forms in V2 using online modes such as Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking.
  4. V3 Portal Availability: The V3 portal will be unavailable from July 13, 2024, at 12:00 AM to July 14, 2024, at 11:59 PM to facilitate the implementation of the new forms.
  5. V2 Portal Availability: The V2 portal will remain accessible for all forms except the newly introduced nine forms. Stakeholders are advised to plan their filings accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

This update aims to ensure a seamless transition and efficient handling of company forms. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we strive to enhance our services. Stay tuned for further updates and instructions on the MCA21 portal.
