EMPANELMENT NOTICE
APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE OFFICIAL LIQUIDATOR, HIGH COURT OF GUJARAT
In compliance of the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by the Hon’ble high Court of Gujarat in OLR No.33 of 2024, applications in the prescribed format are hereby invited by the Official Liquidator, High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad from aspiring Chartered Accountants and / or firms of Chartered Accountants possessing a valid Membership No. and a certificate of practice issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. It is desirable that applicant are empaneled with any Nationalized Banks reputed companies & Government Organizations / OL offices or other similar institutions. Applicants must demonstrate a history of good performance records for consideration of empanelment in the panel of Chartered Accountants for the Office of the Official o Liquidator, High Court of Gujarat.
The prescribed application form for empanelment of Chartered Accountants for the Office of the Official Liquidator, High Court of Gujarat can be obtained from the website of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ICAI from 06.01.2025 onward and duly complete application, along-with all supporting documents in all respects must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the undersigned on or before 24.01.2025 upto 04.00 PM. Chartered Accountants who are already on the panel of the undersigned are also required to submit a fresh application for consideration.
Submission of an application does not guarantee empanelment. The applications may be rejected by the selection committee without assigning any reason. After shortlisting suitable Chartered Accountants, the names of the short-listed candidates will be placed before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat for approval as per the scheme of Chartered Accountants approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat. Short listed candidate will be required to submit an undertaking stating that they will not refuse to accept assignments given by the Office of the except in exceptional Official Liquidator circumstances.
