Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is giving information about the decisions taken in today’s meeting by holding a press conference.
In the meeting, the rate of GST on ambulances was reduced to 12 per cent and for temperature checking equipment to 5 per cent. The Finance Minister said that the notification of exemption on the material on which exemption has been given will be issued tomorrow. This rate of GST will continue till September 2021.
