CBI exposes Builder–Banker’s Nexus in Homebuyers Fraud Case; 9th Charge Sheet filed against Builder & Others, including Public Servants.
The investigation has found that the accused builder company and its Directors and other public servants and private persons in conspiracy with each other had induced the homebuyers and investors to part with their hard earned money by false and fraudulent representations and assurances. The accused had earned huge amount of money by their fraudulent actions.
Bank officials were found to have abused their position and extended abnormal financial benefits to builder company in violation of norms of financial dealings of bank and caused wrongful loss to bank and homebuyers.

Investigation has also gathered evidence of a larger conspiracy involving public servants to cheat homebuyers, misuse official position, diversion and misuse of funds etc.
CBI is also investigating 50+ cases of cheating of Homebuyers as directed by Hon’ble Supreme Court in various cases against Builder Companies across the country and also against unknown Public Servants including officials of Financial Institutions including Banks located all across the country.
08 chargesheets have already been filed by CBI in above kind of cases against M/s Rudra Buildwell Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors, M/s Dream Procon Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors, M/s Jaypee Infratech Ltd. and its Directors, M/s AVJ Developers (India) Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors alongwith officers of certain banks & financial institutions, M/s CHD Developers Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors, M/s Shubhkamna Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors, M/s Sequel Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors, M/s Logix City Developers Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors alongwith officers of certain banks & financial institutions.
