India has conveyed its strong concern to Pakistan on the terror attack planned by Jaish e Mohammed in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistani charged affaires were summoned by the External Affairs Ministry and a strong protest was lodged at the attempted attack. External Affairs Ministry said in a statement that India is firmly and resolutely committed to take all necessary measures to safeguard its national security in the fight against
terrorism. It is to be noted a major terror attack was foiled by Indian security forces in Nagrota, Jammu and Kashmir on 19th of this month. Initial reports indicate the attackers to be members of Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammed, a terrorist organization prescribed by the United Nations and several countries.
