Science and Technology Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan and Minister of State for Posts Sanjay Dhotre today released the Special Cover of Department of Posts for commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Department of Science and Technology at a function in New Delhi today. Dr Harsh Vardhan congratulated DST saying that scientists have proved their mettle in all fields of science at international level.
