What to Do If Your Bank Card is Declined

To participate and purchase tickets, you need to deposit credits into your account, with a Dh50 payment required for each ticket.

When entering your bank card details for payment, there are instances where deposits may fail due to your bank not processing commercial gaming transactions (MCC 7995). If this happens, please contact your bank.

If you are outside of the UAE or in a region where commercial gaming is banned, your transaction is likely to be declined. The same applies if you are in the UAE but in sensitive areas, like a mosque.
