Oxfam has said that the wealth of Indian billionaires increased by 35 percent during the lockdown due to the corona virus epidemic, while during this time a livelihood crisis was created for crores of people.

Oxfam’s report ‘Inequality Virus’ said, “After March 2020, the wealth of 100 billionaires in India has increased by Rs 12,97,822 crore. If this amount is distributed among the 13.8 crore poorest people of the country, then Rs 94,045 can be given to each of them.
