January and February arrears will also be available

Central government employees were waiting for this for a long time.

Under the 7th Pay Commission, dearness allowance is going to increase by 3 percent in January 2022. DA at the rate of 34 per cent will be paid along with the March salary of the employees.

AICPI-IW declined in December

The data of AICPI-IW (All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers) for December 2021 has come. In December, it fell 0.3 points to 125.4 points. The AICPI-IW figure stood at 125.7 points in November. It has decreased by 0.24%. But, this has not affected the increase in dearness allowance. It has become clear from the data of AICPI IW released by the Ministry of Labor that there will be an increase of 3 percent in the dearness allowance of central employees.

DA arrears will be available for 18 months!

Shiv Gopal Mishra has said that the National Council of JCM (Staff Side) has placed its demand in front of the government. It has been said that the outstanding DA of 18 months will be paid in a lump sum. However, no final decision has been taken on this yet. The DA of employees from January 2022 to June 2021 was stopped by the government during the Corona period. The labor unions are now demanding its payment.
