- Platforms under scrutiny include Transak, Xpat (Remit2Any), Onramp .money, Onmeta and Carret
- ED alleges firms used USDT and other crypto assets to facilitate cross-border remittances outside RBI regulations
- Around ₹6 crore in bank balances frozen so far
