Pre-Market Information – Bajaj Finance, Tech Mahindra, Tata Elxsi and other stocks in focus today

Asian markets trade higher. US markets were closed on Monday. European markets ended higher. SGX Nifty indicates a flat start for Indian markets.

The following stocks will be in focus:

Tech Mahindra: This IT major bought Com Tec Co IT for Rs. 2627.97 Cr. It will buy 25% stake each in SWFT and Surance for Rs. 169.55 Cr respectively.

Tata Power: Tata Power Renewable Energy commissions two Solar Power projects of 50 MW each in Uttar Pradesh.

Angel One: The company reports a total income of Rs. 607.10 Cr ,with a 12.8% rise QoQ. Net profit was at Rs. 164.6 Cr. , with a 22.6% growth QoQ. It declares third interim dividend of Rs.7 per share.

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chemicals: Its Q3 operating revenue stood at Rs. 104.6 Cr, up by 31% YoY. Its Q3 Net Profit stood at Rs. 22.80 Cr, up by 9% YoY.

Indian Energy Exchange: It executed a Share Purchase Agreement among IEX, Indian Oil Corporation, and Indian Gas Exchange – a subsidiary of IEX to sell 4.93% stake of IGX to IOC.

Hathway Cables: The company’s revenue fell by 10.75% to Rs. 163.12 Cr QoQ. Net Profits fell to Rs. 9.98 Cr from Rs. 11.31 Cr QoQ. 

Strides Pharma: It received USFDA approval for Oseltamivir Phosphate for Oral Suspension. 

KPI Global Infrastructure: It announces second interim dividend of Rs. 0.4 per share. 

Goodluck India: It posted highest ever quarterly turnover of Rs. 705.80 Cr. It also reported Highest ever quarterly net profit of Rs. 20.16 Cr. Its  Q3 EBITDA per ton was at Rs.6557 Cr, a 24.87% rise QoQ.

HFCL: Its net profit fell to Rs 81.1 crore in Q3FY22 against Rs 85.1 crore in Q3FY21. Its Revenue also fell to Rs 1,215.2 crore from Rs 1,277.4 crore YoY.

Manappuram Finance: It approves to raise Rs 800 crore via non-convertible debentures, on a private placement basis.

Nifty giant Bajaj Finance will post its numbers today. Other Important results include Tata Elxsi, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Newgen Software Technologies, Trident, L&T Technology Services, Shakti Pumps (India), Star Housing Finance, and ICICI Securities.
