GMR Infrastructure has fixed its record date for scheme of arrangement. It will be 12 January 2022. On that day it will be determined that who shall be entitled to receive one equity share of Rs.5/- each of GMR Power and Urban Infra for every ten equity shares of Rs.1/- held by them in GMR Infra. It is a scheme of arrangement amongst GMR Power Infra, GMR Infrastructure and GMR power and Urban Infra.
