In comparison, the company had achieved a profit after tax of Rs 20.15 crore during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, according to a filing with regulatory authorities. The revenue generated from operations in the reviewed quarter was Rs 295.46 crore, marking a notable increase from Rs 232.33 crore in the same period last year. The company noted that total expenses escalated to Rs 232.17 crore, in contrast to the previous year’s figure of Rs 209.14 crore. On the trading front, AstraZeneca’s shares concluded Monday’s session at Rs. 70.77 on the NSE, showcasing a 0.57% rise.
