Holding posts on regular basis in the department should have served 3 years in the grade of secretary on regular basis with pay of Rs 9300 to 34800 since revised effective 40 years ago from 244900 to Rs 142400 in Meteorological Department.
Candidates should have a speed of 120 wpm in English shorthand and working knowledge of computer like XL, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Pagemaker software etc.
