New service rules issued for administrators in village service cooperative societies, 20 percent posts of banking assistants in central cooperative banks, reserved for administrators, there will be direct recruitment on the posts of administrators in 3 thousand village service cooperative societies. The Recruitment, Selection Process and Service Rules 2022 of the employees of Gram Seva Cooperative Societies PAX/Lamps have been issued by the Department of Cooperation. The new rules will replace the service rules issued in the year 2008. In the new rules, after July 10, 2017, the system of screening will be abolished and administrators will be recruited by conducting the examination through the Rajasthan State Cooperative Recruitment Board. The posts of administrator in about 3000 village service cooperative societies will now be filled by direct recruitment. Cooperation Minister Uday Lal Anjana said on Wednesday that many families were facing problems due to lack of provision for compassionate appointment in the earlier rules. Now a provision has been made in the new rules for compassionate appointment so that the victim’s family can get support.

He said that in the recruitment to the post of Banking Assistant in Central Co-operative Banks, 20 percent posts have been reserved for the administrators, so that the administrators will also get an opportunity to move forward and their experience in banking will be useful. The Co-operative Recruitment Board will conduct the examination. The Cooperation Minister said that for the recruitment of administrators through the Cooperative Recruitment Board, the qualification has been kept graduate and 10 marks bonus in the marks obtained in the examination by giving preference to the holder of an agriculture graduate or MBA degree from a recognized university. will be given as Elementary knowledge of computer will be mandatory for the administrator. For this, the person must have the certificate of RSCIT. The Sahakar Recruitment Board will conduct the objective type test for the post of Admin. In which there will be questions from General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer, General Financial Awareness, Hindi and English. In this regard, there will be no screening in the new service rules, Registrar Co-operative Muktanand Aggarwal said that for direct recruitment to the post of administrator, the candidate should be a native of the same district, in which the vacant post is to be appointed in the village service cooperative society. He said that the accumulated earned leave for the administrators has been increased from 120 to a maximum of 240 days. He informed that regularization of administrator/assistant administrator appointed before July 10, 2017 is being done through screening. Its orders have been issued. This screening will be done only once. The new service rules have made arrangements for recruitment by examination by removing screening. Aggarwal informed that the appointment on the post of assistant in the Gram Seva Co-operative Society will be done on contract basis in a valid manner. Provision has also been made for timely promotion to administrators and pay chain on 9, 18 and 27 service period. The detailed procedure for recruitment is being decided.
