The process of downloading it may be different in every bank. With the availability of online facility, now the customers have got relief from visiting the bank branch. Interest certificate can be downloaded in just a few steps through net banking.
How to Download SBI Customer Certificate
State Bank of India (SBI) is offering its customers the facility to download home loan interest certificate online. You must have SBI Net Banking enabled to download it.
First of all log in to the Personal Banking section of SBI Internet Banking.
Now select e-Services.
After that select the option ‘My Certificates’.
The many options now exposed include Home Loan Interest Certificate (Provisional) and Actual Home Loan Interest Certificate.
Select the option of the type of certificate you want out of the two.
Select the home loan account number and submit.
After this, a provisional or actual home loan interest certificate will appear in front of you.
It can be downloaded through the ‘view/ download’ option at the end.
This certificate can be downloaded in PDF or HTML format.
