How to do Correction and Reprint in PAN Card

Online method of correcting PAN card is absolutely simple, know the complete process step by step

Important information like name, date of birth or phone number can be updated in the PAN card. This process is also quite easy. Apart from being easy, this process can also be done online at home.

After the application is processed, your PAN card will be printed and sent to your address. One thing to keep in mind that if you want to get a copy of PAN card at home while making online correction, then you have to pay 106 rupees 90 paise for this. At the same time, if you do not want a copy of PAN card and use digital copy only, then you will not be charged a single penny.

The main condition is that it is necessary to have kyc in the base.

How to do Correction and Reprint in PAN Card

Step 1: – First of all, go to the NSDL website. https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

Step 2: – After opening the website, you will have to generate a token number, for which the information requested on the application online will have to be filled.

Step 3: – After filling the information a token number will be generated which will be valid for one month.

Step 4: – After the token number, you have to click on Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data / Reprint of PAN Card.

Step 5: – After this, click on submit the documents through e-KYC (after this you will not have to submit the document in any office).

Step 6: – After filling the fire form, fill all the information that you want to correct and click on it.

Step 7: – After this, you have to write the 8 digit number of your Aadhaar starting page on the next page and go to the bottom of the form and click on Next.

Step 8: – After doing this, you have to pay.

Step 9: – After this you will get the bank reference number and transaction number. Save both of these and click on Continue.

Step 10: – Tick the box below the Aadhaar card number and then click on Authenticate.

Step 11: – If your personal information comes from the existing information on the Aadhaar card, then click on Continue with e-Sign / e-KYC.

Step 12: – After this you will have to generate OTP which will link to Aadhaar on the phone.

Step 13: – After submitting the OTP, a new page will open in front of you, which you will receive via email or you can also download it.

Lastly congratulations, an updated PAN card will arrive at your home within 14 days.
