Representations Made to Address Persistent Glitches in Income Tax Portal

KSCAA has made a representation to the Chairperson of Central Board of Direct Taxes to address and resolve persistent glitches in the Income Tax portal, which is causing major disruptions in filing processes. A copy of the same is reproduced below.
