Income Tax officials conducted a raid at properties associated with Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLC Vinod Jaiswal due to an alleged tax evasion case. Jaiswal, who is close to party leader Lalu Prasad, was not present during the raid.
The RJD spokesperson criticized the BJP-led central government for the raid, accusing it of using agencies like the ED, CBI, and I-T Department against those it fears.
