To claim deduction on interest paid on housing loan:

Life Insurance Premium (Section 80C)
✅ Policy Number of each policy
✅ Name of the insurer (if not already pre-filled)

Section 80CCD – NPS Contributions
✅ PRAN (Permanent Retirement Account Number)
Amount Contributed
✅ Name of NPS Trustee/Issuer

Health Insurance Premium (Section 80D)
✅ Name of the Insurance Company
✅ Policy Number
✅ Premium Paid
