Filing Form 10IE for AY 2024-25: Important Update for Taxpayers

The Income Tax Department has enabled Form 10IE for AY 2024-25 for filing on the income tax e-filing portal.

Please note: All taxpayers who opt for the new concessional tax regime under Section 115BAC in AY 2024-25 are required to file Form 10IE before the due date of filing the ITR.
