Till January 24, more than 43.30 crore Permanent Account Number (PAN) has been linked with Aadhaar. Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Choudhary said in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha on Monday that 43,34,75,209 PAN cards have been linked with Aadhaar by the end of January. Please note that the last date for linking is March 31. But there are some people who are still facing difficulties in linking. In fact, these difficulties may arise due to the difference in the details of the two documents. If the details like name to link PAN and Aadhaar, date of birth/year, mobile number for receiving OTP, etc. do not match on PAN and Aadhaar, users may face difficulties in linking the two.
Aadhar card users can update the details either by visiting the Aadhaar Enrollment Center (Aadhaar Seva Kendra) or by visiting the website.
