Patna: Thieves broke the lock of Manish Kumar Pankaj’s house in Maa Siddheshwari Colony near Ghuddaur Road and stole cash worth Rs 1.75 lakh and jewellery worth Rs 3 lakh. They also stole two TVs and other items from his landlord’s house. Manish is an inspector in Income Tax. He lives on rent in Neeraj Kumar’s house.
He had gone to Rajrappa with his family for darshan. When he returned from there, the lock of the flat was broken. Police is checking CCTV footage. Thieves stole Rs 24800 and a mobile from a shop located in Wholesale Lane of Boring Road. Shop owner Naveen Thakur has filed a case in Buddha Colony police station.
