As you are aware, moving forward towards the next stage of the MCA21 V3
platform, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is in the process of launching a new
web-based e-filing for LLP on MCA21 portal.
LLP filing, New User Registration, new DSC registration services in V-3 are currently
under the process of deployment and maintenance.
Company filing, existing new user registration and DSC association services are available on the portal.
Members are requested to check MCA website for further details.
