It is urgent to ensure that all business locations such as warehouses and factories are included in the GST Registration Certificate. The firm’s board with address and GST number, along with the GST registration certificate, should be displayed at these locations. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain updated business records at the Principal Place of Business, including sales, purchase bills, and e-way bills. This matter is of utmost importance.

- आपके सभी व्यवसाय स्थल , गोदाम , फैक्ट्री इत्यादि का आपके GST रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट में दाखिल होना ज़रूरी है । इसके लिए विभाग ने तीन माह पहले एक अभियान भी चलाया था फिर भी अभी भी बीच बीच में ऐसे मामले आते हैं कि आपके व्यवसाय स्थल , गोदाम इत्यादि RC में दर्ज नहीं पाये जाते हैं और यदि विभाग का physical verification/सर्वे होता है तो यह कमी अपराध की श्रेणी में आती है और जुर्माने की बड़ी संभावना बनती है ।
- इन सभी स्थानों पर फर्म का बोर्ड (address व GST नंबर सहित) और GST रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट लगाये भी ।
- Principal Place of Business पर अपडेटेड एकाउंट्स एवं अन्य बिज़नेस रिकॉर्ड्स (सेल, परचेज बिल्स, Eway बिल्स इत्यादि) रखें ।
