Functionality for Geocoding the Principal Place of business address is now live for all States and Union territories.
This new feature, designed to convert an address or description of a location into specific geographic coordinates, has been introduced with the aim of enhancing the accuracy of address details within GSTN records and simplifying the process of verifying and locating addresses.
The system-generated geocoded address will be displayed, and registered persons can either accept it or update it as per their requirements. If the system-generated geocoded address is unavailable, a blank field will be shown, allowing registered persons to manually update the geocoded address.
