Why is it important to always update Aadhaar data?
UIDAI has been urging people to update their Aadhaar card details if they have not done so in the last 10 years. This is being done to stop scams associated to Aadhaar.
The UIDAI stated on their website, “Please update your Aadhaar for continued accuracy of demographic information.” Name, address, date of birth, gender, phone number, and email address are among the data types that can be updated online.
