ED, Jalandhar Zonal Office, has provisionally attached four immovable properties of M/s Soul Healthcare (I) Pvt Ltd, Akhil Jai Singh of M/s Aster Pharma, Ankit Kumar of M/s MP Traders and Alex Paliwal of M/s Kanix Pharma, in the form of commercial and residential plots, worth Rs. 2.18 Crore, and one movable property in the form of bank deposit of Santosh Tiwari worth Rs. 1.2 Lakh, on 2/2/2026 under PMLA, 2002, in connection with a money laundering investigation related to inter-state drug trafficking network involved in supplying of psychotropic/intoxicant substances (namely Tramadol, Alprazolam etc.) illegally.
