In Madhya Pradesh, solar power generation will be increased from 5 thousand to 10 thousand MW. At present, renewable energy constitutes 20 percent of the total power generation in the state. Addressing the session of the third Global Renewable Energy Investment Conference virtually today, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that investment in the renewable energy sector will be encouraged.
