The central government has approved the vaccination of children from 2 to 18 years. After the approval of DCGI, now children will be vaccinated with Covaxin.

According to DCGI, two doses of the vaccine will be given. However, its detailed guidelines are yet to be released.

SNV Aviation Private Limited, which is foraying into the Indian aviation sector, the Akasa Air brand, said in a statement that the company has received a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Civil Aviation of India. Akasa Air plans to start its aviation services from the summer of 2022.
