Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said all gram panchayats in Bihar have been connected with high-speed broadband under BharatNet. Mr Prasad said the next step will be extending the internet connectivity to the villages under gram panchayats. He said 4 G will be made available in all villages of Bihar.
