It is important to challenge this assertion.
Enclosed is a RTI response from the Income Tax department indicating that it does not maintain data categorized by religion, caste, or creed.
Moreover, when filing income tax returns or depositing taxes, there is no inquiry regarding the taxpayer’s caste or religion.
It is imperative for his team to exercise caution and ensure the accuracy of the information presented, given the significant responsibilities associated with his esteemed position.
