Yesterday (14.01.2026) in the afternoon a team of STF, Kolkata Police intercepted the following three persons from Patuli PS area with the recovery of Rs. 9,200 of Fake Indian Currency Notes from their possession.
1) Alok Nag @ Bapi (58)
2) Ayan Nag @ Biki (33)
3) Shyam Babu Paswan (36)
Today (15.01.2026) STF Kolkata unearthed a manufacturing unit of fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) from the rented house of Alok Nag @ Bapi with recovery of following equipment and articles for making counterfeit Indian currency notes along with Rs. 15,200 of FICN.
They were produced in court and have been sent to Police custody till 28th January.
