▪️ ISD Registration made compulsory for those Tax payers who has multiple registration and having common ITC (Previously, the said Mechanism was optional, Cross charge was allowed)
▪️ ISD Coverage also widened (common Expenses attracting RCM Transaction now being part of ISD Mechanism)
