In the Rajya Sabha, the Finance Minister said – our budget is important for the next 25 years

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, while speaking on the budget in Rajya Sabha on Friday, said that the next 25 years are important for India. If no vision is kept for the completion of 100 years (2047) of India’s independence, then the same thing will happen in the last 70 years. He said that we have presented a budget to bring stability to the economy.

Sitharaman said that if people and economy have to be saved from this crisis, then growth is the only way. That’s why this budget was made keeping in mind the growth. Not only this, the budget of 2021 was also growth oriented. Sitharaman said in the Rajya Sabha that work is being done on the PM Gati Shakti master plan under the capital expenditure. It is worth noting that the government is spending Rs 23,000 crore on the PM Gati Shakti Project.

Under the PM Gati Shakti Plan, a highway of 25 thousand kilometers will be built in the country. All the infrastructure projects of the government will be integrated in the Gati Shakti Yojana. According to the government, this scheme will remove all the obstacles in infrastructure development. The economy has been strengthened by PM Gati Shakti. With the help of this infrastructure facilities will be increased for 100 years.

Attacker on UPA government
Speaking in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had named the Congress rule as dark period and BJP rule as Amrit Kaal. He had said that the BJP government has dealt with the economic challenge caused by Corona better than the economic crisis in 2008.

Speaking in the Rajya Sabha on Friday, he targeted the UPA government for 70 years and said that now we are in a better position. Hitting out at the Congress, Sitharaman said that out of the last 70 years, it was in power for 65 years and its focus was only on building a family, helping it and benefiting it.
