Government amends the guidelines for registration of existing enterprise under MSME Ministry Notification dated June 26, 2020; States that the existing enterprises (MSMEs) registered prior to June 30, 2020, shall continue to be valid for a period up to March 31, 2022 (earlier, March 31, 2021): Ministry of MSMEs

Vide Notification dated June 26, 2020, MSME Ministry floated consolidated guidelines for classification and registration of an MSME, inter alia requiring all existing enterprises registered under EM–Part-II or UAM to register again on the Udyam Registration portal.
