Punjab National Bank will levy charges of Rs 10+ GST on failed domestic ATM cash withdrawal transactions due to insufficient funds, according to the PNB website.

According to the PNB website.
1. Complaints about failed ATM transactions will be addressed within 7 working days of their receipt.
2. If a claim is made within 30 days of the date of transaction, compensation of Rs.100 per day will be given for delayed resolution.
3. All such concerns should be directed to Customer Relationship Centre at 0120-2490000 or (Toll Free) 18001802222; 1800 103 2222.
