Anish Shah will be the new Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra and Mahindra from 2nd April 2021. He will become the first professional executive to oversee the entire business of the 19.4 billion dollar Mahindra Group. Anish Shah will replace Pawan Goenka, who will retire as MD and CEO and member of the board effective from 2nd April. Group Chairman Anand Mahindra will be taking on a non executive role.
