Based on the Intelligence, Chennai Air Customs Officers, have intercepted one male passenger, who arrived from Dubai by Air India Airlines flight 6E66 on 27.02.2023. On examination of his person 3 bundles of containing gold in paste form wrapped with adhesive tape concealed in his body were recovered resulting in recovery of totally weighing 705 grams valued at 35.38 Lakhs was recovered and seized under the customs Act 1962.
