Tata Nexon New Variant: There is a tough competition between Tata Nexon and Maruti Suzuki Brezza in the sub-compact SUV segment. Along with these, Hyundai Venue also holds its claim in this segment. During the month of August, Maruti Brezza sold the highest in the sub-compact SUV segment and became No.1. With this, Tata Nexon came at number-2 in terms of sales. But, now Tata Motors has launched a new variant of its Nexon SUV. The automaker has introduced the Tata Nexon XZ+ (L) variant for Rs 11.37 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Buyers can also get the new variant in the Dark Edition trim with both petrol and diesel engine options. Explain that this sub-compact SUV comes with 1.2L turbo petrol and 1.5L diesel engines, which generate 118bhp with 170Nm and 108bhp with 260Nm respectively. It gets two gearbox options – 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic.
Talking about the features, the new Tata Nexon XZ+ (L) variant comes with ventilated leather seat, wireless charging pad, air purifier and auto dimming IRVM. It gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, voice commands, voice alerts, rear AC vents, adjustable rear head rest, fast USB charging port and steering mounted controls.
The new Tata Nexon XZ+ (L) gets features like rear power outlet, height adjustable driver seat, rear seat armrest with 2 cupholders, 60:40 split folding rear seat, push button start, rear wash/wipe. It gets 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and dual-tone roof (optional). It is worth noting that recently, the carmaker also launched the Tata Nexon Jet Edition.
