Japanese automaker, Suzuki has started testing the next-gen Swift hatchback on foreign soil. A new media report claims that the 2023 Suzuki Swift hatchback will make its global debut in December 2022; However, Suzuki is yet to make an official announcement on this. The new model will also hit the Indian market sometime next year.
Get a glimpse at the Auto Expo
The 2023 Suzuki Swift is expected to be unveiled in India at the 2023 Auto Expo in January. The spy images show that the new Swift will come with a new front grille and sleek headlamps with new LED elements and a new front bumper. The all-new front bumper gets wider and lower air intakes.
The bumper gets new C-shaped air splitters with fog lamp clusters. The hatchback will come with new body panels and larger dual-tone alloy wheels. It will get a blacked-out pillar, faux air vents on the wheel arches and a roof-mounted spoiler. The door handles have now been placed on the doors, as the current model gets the rear door handles on the C-pillar.
