This strategic move marks a significant milestone for KPIT Technologies as it expands its global footprint and strengthens its position in the mobility solutions sector. In the financial domain, the closing of this acquisition was reflected in the performance of KPIT Technologies’ shares on Friday at the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The shares of KPIT Technologies concluded the trading day at Rs. 1148.50, registering a positive uptick of 0.53%.
