Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- Educational Background: Indian Nationals should have either a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Law from recognized universities, colleges, or institutions of national and international reputation. Alternatively, candidates with qualifications as a Chartered Accountant can also apply.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have earned at least 50% in a 3-year LL.B., 5-year integrated LL.B. program, or a Post Graduation degree. Alternatively, they should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Chartered Accountants who have finished their articleship in taxation, along with law graduates and post-graduates involved in research work or projects in taxation, will be preferred.
- Skills: Being good at information and communication technology (ICT) and having strong communication and people skills are very important.
